Servolux and KFC signed the strategic partnership agreement

Servolux Group of Companies and KFC, a division of Yum! Brands, Inc. (NYSE: YUM), signed the agreement on a four-year strategic partnership in the territory of Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan, Georgia, Armenia, Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan. The companies signed a contract to ensure the annual agreed volumes of semi-finished products purchased by KFC at fixed prices.

Servolux has been working with KFC since 2016 and delivers chicken products (wings, drumsticks, fillet) to hundreds of restaurants. Compliance with strict requirements of international food quality and safety standards, a high level of automation and service, and use of international management practices have allowed the company to become a strategic partner of the chain in the long term.

“We're opening new restaurants and seeing a steadily growing demand for legendary KFC chicken dishes in all cities where we operate. Therefore, expanding cooperation with suppliers of chicken products is a timely and important step for us. The strategic partnership with Servolux Group of Companies is an uninterrupted supply of products of the highest quality at the approved price, which means that KFC dishes are still available for a wide range of consumers”, - notes Raisa Polyakova, Director General of KFC in Russia and the CIS.

The signing of the strategic partnership agreement is a new stage in cooperation between the two companies. KFC has strict requirements for manufacturers: products undergo multi-stage control during production, storage, delivery, preparation and serving. In 2019, KFC company revised its procurement strategy, focusing on building long-term relationships with key suppliers in the chain. The basis of such relations is the strategic partnership agreement, which allows to guarantee volumes and margins, and also acts as a platform for joint teamwork to improve the efficiency of production of products, as well as to develop new products. Servolux guarantees high quality, food safety and strict observance of standards of the international network.

“For us, the signing of the agreement with KFC promotes development of exports and expansion of our presence in foreign markets. As for a manufacturer, it means increasing of production volumes and development of business”, - says Alisher Adylov, Director General of Servolux CJSC.
