Laboratory control

Laboratory control of production - a guarantee of quality and food safety

The system covers the entire production cycle. Every aspect is controlled both by accredited laboratories of the Group's enterprises and by external independent laboratories accredited in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025.

To obtain an expert opinion on the safety of products, we conduct an examination at the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus, which examines the product in terms of organoleptic, physico-chemical and microbiological indicators. The conclusion is issued on the basis of a full range of product studies and technical regulations.
