SERVOLUX TAKES PART IN THE SEMINAR ON DEVELOPMENT OF TECHNOLOGIES FOR PRODUCTION OF LIVESTOCK PRODUCTS

REPRESENTATIVES OF EKOMOL AGRO CJSC, INCLUDED IN SERVOLUX GC, acted AS INDUSTRIAL EXPERTS IN THE TRAINING SEMINAR “LIVESTOCK PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY" AT THE DAIRY COMPLEXES OF THE GOMEL REGION.
Within the framework of the seminars, the experience of organizing the production of the largest players in the meat and dairy industry for the further development of farms in the regions was considered. The experts named the main reasons for the existing "disadvantages" in agricultural organizations the violation of technologies at all stages of production: procurement of raw materials, feeding and keeping of cattle, low safety of replacement young animals, etc. Agriculture is on the rise. Today, classical methods need to be adapted, modernized and modern approaches should be implemented.
For many years, Ecomol Agro CJSC has been studying the specifics of the feed base, developing optimal formulations and unique innovative feeding programs based on the characteristics of raising animals and poultry. Vladimir Perednev, Deputy Director of Ecomol Agro CJSC for Science and Innovation, raised the issues of increasing milk yield, improving the quality of milk and meat, reducing the incidence of cattle with the help of a feeding ration. “The basis for obtaining high results is strict adherence to technology. It is worth remembering that the effectiveness of the development of modern dairy production is influenced not by one indicator, but by a set of parameters such as genetics, health, management, feeding and reproduction,” he stressed. The expert highlighted the main modern approaches to the cultivation of healthy replacement young animals and touched upon aspects that will help the specialists of the livestock industry to reach a higher level of productivity.
The session was also attended by the chairmen of regional executive committees, heads of the Managing company "Gomel meat and dairy company" and other industry experts. In the future, following the results of the seminar, an action plan will be developed in the Gomel region to fulfill the forecast indicators and develop the region in compliance with the developed recommendations. The introduction of new approaches will increase production volumes and improve the efficiency of activities.
