«Petruha СUP» - CATEGORY III tennis tournament, organized with the support of CJSC «Servolux»

On March 16-19, 2023, in Mogilev, on the courts of the Mogilev City FGC, the Petruha CUP U 12 tournament was held, organized with the support of SZAO SERVOLUX and Petruha trademark.
"Petruha CUP" - tournaments, which are deservedly called the adornment of the republican calendar of the Belarusian Tennis Federation. The first competition organized by CJSC Servolux took place back in 2019 and immediately won the trust of players, coaches and guests. In the 2023 season, Petruha CUP did not slow down - in the age category up to 12 years, more than 60 athletes from all over the country fought for victory on the courts of the State Institution "Mogilev City FSK". Due to the high level of preparation, this year the tournament was awarded the III category.
The high level of the tournament from year to year is confirmed by the comfort of participants and organizers: players are registered online at tennismogilev.by, where the grids and match schedules are updated promptly. This year, it was possible to follow the progress of the games from anywhere in the world - the online broadcast was conducted on the YouTube channel @petruhasport/streams. Match records are also stored there. All tournament players received gifts from the Petruha trademark, and each athlete was given lunch boxes daily. A professional photographer worked on the courts, and in the event space, the participants and guests of the tournament took unusual interactive 360° photos, played board games, and immersed themselves in virtual reality.
The special attention of children and parents was attracted by the tasting area, where they could try chicken popcorn from the brand Petruha &GOTOVO. There was something sweet – for dessert, the young tennis players were offered themed cakes. But, nevertheless, the main action of the tournament took place on the courts, where the strongest players of Belarus at the age of 10-12 fought for a place on the podium. Petruha CUP brought together athletes from Bobruisk, Vitebsk, Minsk, Gomel, Grodno, Soligorsk, and, of course, Mogilev. The games were held according to the Olympic system with a repechage tournament, in accordance with the rating of the RPO "BTF".
Andrey Arkhameyko, the chairman of the judging board of the NGO "BTF", the owner of the "silver badge of the ITF", was responsible for objective refereeing at the tournament. Experienced referees from Minsk and Mogilev watched the matches on the courts. The winners of the competitions received valuable gifts, unique cups and medals, the design of which was specially developed by Petruha СUP. And, of course, many pleasant impressions. This is what Sofia Drozdenko, the leader of the singles, says about the tournament: “I liked the tournament with its friendly atmosphere, its conduct, it was great to play - there are many participants with whom you can get to know. Between matches it was interesting to play table tennis, checkers and virtual reality. My opponents on the court played great, but I was a little better."
