06 August 2024
THE GROUP OF COMPANIES IS LAUNCHING ITS PRODUCTS IN UZBEKISTAN FOR HORECA AND PRESENTING A NEW BRAND, JO’JA.
The International Master Class for HoReCa key stakeholders was held in Tashkent at the end of July. There, Servolux unleashed its potential as a supplier of products for restaurants and presented its new brand, JO’JA. The event organized by Mission Foods gathered the best chefs from Russia and Belarus, chain catering and fast food restaurant representatives, and Tashkent restaurateurs.
HoReCa is one of the key directions for Servolux, representing stable positions of the agroholding and its reputation as a reliable supplier of in-house high-quality products. This is evidenced from contracts signed with fast food restaurant chains such as KFC (Belarus, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan), ROSTIC'S (Russia), Burger King, Dodo Pizza (Belarus, Russia), Domino's Pizza (Belarus), Mak.by (Belarus), and I'm (Kazakhstan).
In cooperation with Mission Foods, a company engaged in HoReCa product deliveries to 12 regions of Uzbekistan, Servolux not only expands the geography of fast food product exports but also changes the attitude of the Central Asia population towards fast food, masterfully incorporating modern technology into the cultural code of the region. Innovative production methods used by Servolux ensure that the critical requirements for fast food products, namely safety, Halal standards, and taste consistency, are fulfilled.
During the Master Class in Tashkent, over 200 local restaurant business representatives appreciated high quality and organoleptic properties of HoReCa products offered by Servolux. Tatyana Shvaybovich, Innovative Development Sector Expert, held a tasting session of crispy and tempura nuggets, chicken burger patties, baked fillet, and drummettes for restaurateurs and chefs. The event guests highly praised the dishes and noted the naturality and excellent taste of the products to be subsequently appreciated by restaurant and cafe visitors in Uzbekistan.
JO’JA, a new brand of frozen poultry products of varying readiness, was presented by Servolux for those who prefer to cook at home. The trade mark has been already launched in retail stores in Tashkent, Tashkent Region, and Samarkand. Consumers are attracted with stylish bright packaging design, a wide product range, and quality and safety of the products offered. There is actively growing interest in JO’JA on the Uzbek market, according to Nadezhda Bartkevich, Brand Representative. It is because high quality, excellent taste and safety are appreciated there. JO’JA products are antibiotic-, injection- and GMO-free products complying with high Halal standards. The shock freezing technology is used in production, which preserves the properties of a fresh product, extends the storage periods and prevents the internal bacterial growth. High-barrier packaging provides the protection against external pathogens.
