SERVOLUX CG COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF BIOCOM LLC

IN DECEMBER 2024, BIOCOM, AN AGRICULTURAL PRODUCT MANUFACTURER, BECAME PART OF THE SERVOLUX HOLDING.
The new asset will be primarily engaged in the manufacture of full-fat mixed feeds for livestock, above all for cattle and poultry.
There are plans for annual growth in production, including that of whole milk substitutes. Another focal point of modernisation is the line of premixes: a programme is being developed to lower their self-cost without the loss of quality characteristics. By 2030, the output of this type of feed additives will have been brought to a level meeting market demand.

Both companies' management is working to optimise the management and production processes to reduce time and material costs, shaping new strategic goals and tasks to develop the presence in the mixed feed market. Joint effort will also focus on the improvement of the current formulations, the creation of new products as well as the introduction of progressive approaches in the area of producing full-fat feeds, feed additives and milk substitutes.
In the context of the global trend toward environmental friendliness, Biocom LLC will expand the use of environmentally protective and ecologically sound technological processes, which ensure the safety and stability of the environment. Moreover, strengthening cooperation with leading scientific organisations and expanding the range of biopreservatives and natural feeds will open new prospects for innovative growth and sustainable development.
The development of agricultural production will be an important focus as well. This will include the expansion of cultivated land, the introduction of innovative technologies in crop and livestock production as well as the improvement of the productivity of the dairy herd.
