SERVOLUX CA FE LLC’s ASSISTANCE IN TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT OF THE BEST GRADUATES OF TASHKENT STATE AGRARIAN UNIVERSITY

SERVOLUX CA FE LLC AND TASHKENT STATE AGRARIAN UNIVERSITY HAVE SIGNED A MEMORANDUM OF COOPERATION IN SCIENTIFIC ACTIVITIES, TRAINING, AND RETRAINING OF PERSONNEL AND TEACHING STAFF, INTERNSHIPS, AND SUBSEQUENT EMPLOYMENT OF TALENTED UNIVERSITY GRADUATES AND RELEVANT SPECIALISTS AT THE COMPANY'S ENTERPRISES.
Considering Servolux's uncompromising approach to quality and high professional training of personnel, and based on modern requirements for higher education, SERVOLUX CA FE LLC and Tashkent State Agrarian University (TSAU) have signed a cooperation agreement aimed at creating synergy between science, education, and production.
The memorandum also aims at implementation of the decrees of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan concerning the improvement of education and the integration of science with production. It opens up new opportunities for training highly qualified agricultural specialists.
Key purposes of the agreement: training qualified personnel for effective work in the agricultural sector; updating curricula and programs, conducting joint scientific research, and practical salvation of existing problems facing the company.
To achieve these goals, there will be an effective dual education system. It will allow students not only to gain theoretical knowledge, but also to practice directly in the workplace through internships at SERVOLUX CA. Thus, future specialists will be able to face real working conditions in the agriculture and make an informed decision about their career.
The agreement also provides measures to employ the most talented and interested graduates of the TSAU, whose knowledge and competence will meet demands of the Servolux group of companies.
The memorandum between Tashkent State Agrarian University and SERVOLUX CA FE LLC proposes unique opportunities for integrating theoretical knowledge with practical skills. This is an important step towards improving the quality of education in the Uzbekistan’s agricultural sector.
