UZBEKISTAN’S FAYZ PARRANDA PREPARES TO SUPPLY THE AZERBAIJANI MARKET
SERVOLUX CA FE LLC, a subsidiary of Belarusian agro-industrial holding company Servolux, operates in Central Asia with a vertically integrated production model in Uzbekistan. Its portfolio of assets includes a breeding farm, a feed mill, hatcheries, poultry farms, processing facilities (Fayz Parranda and Saxovat Broyler), storage facilities and a branded retail network. Together, these operations form a self-sufficient, fully integrated production chain.
Products manufactured by Fayz Parranda LLC, already well established in the domestic market and recognised for their adherence to Servolux’s high standards, are now being prepared for export to Azerbaijan. The flagship of the export offering will be JO’JA, an Uzbek poultry brand with an extensive range of products at different stages of preparation - from whole chicken carcasses to semi-finished products and ready-to-cook solutions. Every product in the range meets halal requirements, as confirmed by the relevant certifications.
The export portfolio developed at the company’s Uzbek production facilities will extend beyond products for retail and household consumption to include a dedicated range for the HoReCa sector. Designed to meet the needs of professional kitchens, these products will help streamline kitchen operations, maintain consistent food quality and minimise waste. The range will cater to a variety of foodservice formats, including fast-food outlets, full-service restaurants and delivery businesses.
The entry of FAYZ PARRANDA products into the Azerbaijani market has the potential to strengthen the country’s food security, enhance market resilience and reduce vulnerability to global price volatility and logistical disruptions. At the same time, cross-border trade will deepen economic ties between Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan, opening up new avenues for cooperation across the agro-industrial sector.
