SERVOLUX ON THE WESTERN CHINA MARKET: NEW OPPORTUNITIES FOR ECONOMIC COOPERATION EXPANSION

COMPANY REPRESENTATIVES PARTICIPATED IN THE 6TH CHONGQING TRADE AND INVESTMENT FAIR AT WHICH BELARUS WAS GIVEN THE STATUS OF A GUEST OF HONOR.
A special feature of the business forum this year was the creation of the Belarusian National Pavilion where the Great Stone China–Belarus Industrial Park and leading tourism, chemical, bread baking and dairy and meat enterprises of the Minsk Region which the Chongqing Province is establishing twin-city relations with were presented.
The participation in such forums is part of the business strategy for Servolux Group of Companies. Due to the established partnership between the company and local wholesale operators, Chinese consumers have long appreciated the products offered by the leader of the Belarusian agro-industrial complex. Class A and B chicken byproducts and dressing products have been transported to Tianxia from the conveyor of Smolevichi Broiler OJSC for years. High product quality allows competing on equal terms with leading Brazilian producers. Brazil is the largest importing country of poultry products for the Chinese market.
Aleksander Baranovskiy, Foreign Economic Relations Department Head of Servolux JCJSC, stated, "We have been participating in such forums since 2018. We managed to considerably expand our client base in this period. The quality of our products is satisfactory here, so the deliveries reach the maximum of our capabilities. Our goal for today is not to increase exports but to strengthen business ties and enhance the yield from cooperation through sales channel diversification."

Chongqing is a metropolitan city with the population of 32 million people. The industrial sector size and the production base of this mega city are of nationwide importance. This is the place where major financial, scientific and technical and logistics centers of the Western China are located. Therefore, the cooperation with this region is considered not only in the context of the location of new target markets but also as the opportunity to seek innovative solutions in the food industry.
During the travel to Chongqing, the representatives of Servolux Group of Companies monitored retail facilities by different product categories in an attempt to find ideas for new products and packaging solutions. The most interesting samples were brought to Belarus and may become the basis for future portfolios.
